Rose Village is a Residential Care Home inspired by our own experience of taking care of our elderly parents. After caring for our own parents, we understand the dynamics of caring for elderly and the struggle of safety and companionship. Rose Village’s goal is to reassure families that the loved ones are cared for like they would by their family members. We strive to provide the highest quality of care, food, fun, safety, and comfort.

About Us
At Rose Village, we pride ourselves on providing the highest quality of care. Our mission is to be the care home that offers love, respect, safety, and preserves the dignity of our residents.
Caroline (Owner/Administrator) has 17 years of experience in healthcare, specifically with the geriatric population. She holds a master's degree in nursing. Caroline worked in hospitals with the geriatric population as a registered nurse for 12 years. After obtaining her license as an adult geriatric nurse practitioner, she continued to work with geriatrics in outpatient clinics and home settings. Inspired by her decades of experience working with elderly and sick patients, she decided to start a care home to provide what she believed was missing or could improve the quality of life for seniors.
Victor (Co-owner) is a project manager with over 15 years of experience in leading teams, logistics, quality analysis, and plays a significant role in planning day-to-day activities and quality improvement at Rose Village.
